What is the difference between the conditions (new, refurbished, used, open box, minor imperfection)?
A new appliance has never been used. A refurbished appliance has been used before, then inspected and restored. A used appliance has been used before and inspected before sale. An open-box appliance has had its box opened (customer return or display model) and is checked before sale. An appliance with a minor imperfection has a small cosmetic flaw that does not affect performance, and is sold at a reduced price.
What warranties do you offer?
